Done Right Repair Policy

  1. Repaired equipment must be picked up within three (3) business days of notification that repairs are complete.

  2. Due to the low-quality metals commonly used by manufacturers, Done Right is not responsible for broken, corroded, seized, or twisted-off bolts, studs, or components that occur during normal removal.

  3. Payment is due in full at the time equipment is picked up.

  4. Parts supplied by the customer are not warranted by Done Right.

  5. Done Right will not bypass, disable, or modify any safety switches or safety devices.

  6. Done Right will not install or exchange any engine that is not verified as compatible with the equipment.

  7. When customers supply their own parts, Done Right only warrants proper installation, not the performance or longevity of the parts.

  8. When customer-supplied parts are used, Done Right does not verify part accuracy or compatibility.

  9. Equipment not picked up after repair notification is subject to a $7.00 per day storage fee.

  10. Equipment left unclaimed for over 30 days may be sold or parted out to recover shop costs.

  11. Done Right reserves the right to refuse or limit service to any individual or business at its discretion.

  12. Used engines sold by Done Right are tested prior to sale and sold “AS IS,” with no warranty.

  13. Done Right routinely provides free estimates. If disassembly is required to provide an estimate and the repair is not authorized, Done Right will not reassemble the equipment.
